Jagabanta is a Principal with RMI India. He works on electricity, hydrogen and battery related work streams.

Background

He comes from a background of energy consultancy and development. Prior to RMI India, he worked with the World Bank Group and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in the energy and climate sectors in areas ranging from carbon pricing and mining to power systems planning and urban transportation. Previously, he was with IHS Cambridge Energy Research Associates (IHS CERA) in their Singapore office as a Research Associate. At IHS CERA he worked extensively on nuclear, power, gas and renewable projects in various geographies across Asia.
